Personalized Skill (P-Skill) – Mechanical Activity is a structured skill-development initiative designed to provide students with progressive, industry-oriented technical competencies in core and emerging areas of Mechanical Engineering. The P-Skill Mechanical Activity also enables students to identify suitable career pathways based on their interests and developed competencies, including roles such as Design Engineer, Production Engineer, Tool Engineer, Quality Control Engineer, Energy Engineer, and Automation Engineer. Through this structured approach, students can progressively build technical, practical, analytical, and industry-relevant skills aligned with their academic learning and future career aspirations.
