Assisting the department discipline committee members to Ensure and maintain strict discipline among students in the institution campus/ground

    Prepare the semester-wise sports plan, conduct sports board meeting, and execute the same as expected by the management and University

    Identifies the sports sprits/talents among the students and give proper training to the individuals as requested by them

    Motivate the students to do any form of physical exercise daily apart from regular study.

    Ensures proper use of sports material and facilities and keeps/maintains records of it

    Proposing annual budget for sports and purchasing the same as per the requirement with the consent of the Principal.

    Prepare a plan for organizing/conducting zone/national level sports and games to meet on our campus as scheduled by the institution

    Train the students to participate in zonal /university tournaments

    Encourage the students, to practice their interest in sports or the ability of games.

    Maintain complete discipline and decorum in the ground while playing games

    Ensures NO ragging activity takes place and creates medical facilities on the campus

    Assisting in NCC training camps, if any, and facilitating students involve in NSS activities.

    Assist the institution with various functions.

    Maintaining a proper record of students/materials/activities for auditing and inspection purposes like AU.AICTE and NBA, NAAC processes
