Controller of Examinations (CoE)

• 1.) Designing, managing, and implementing all internal and external examinations.
• 2.) Ensuring adherence to university and institutional regulations concerning assessments.
• 3.) Safeguarding the confidentiality and integrity of examination content and results.
• 4.) Collaborating with academic departments to finalize exam timetables and oversee result processing.
• 5.) Addressing student concerns related to examinations and ensuring timely resolution.

Deputy Controller of Examinations (Dy. CoE)

• Support the CoE in all activities related to examinations.
• Serve as the acting authority in the CoE's absence.
• Liaise with faculty and administrative teams to ensure effective conduct of examinations.
• Facilitate the efficient operation of both digital and traditional evaluation methods.
