Objectives

  • 1.Preventing Sexual Harassment: Implement measures to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace.
  • 2.Promoting Gender Amity: Foster gender equality and prevent discrimination or harassment against girls through education and awareness among students and staff.
  • 3. Women Empowerment Programs: Conduct regular programs aimed at empowering women and enhancing their opportunities.
  • 4. Creating a Safe Environment: Ensure a supportive and welcoming atmosphere for women by providing a conducive environment and promoting a congenial workplace culture.
