Objectives
- 1.Preventing Sexual Harassment: Implement measures to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace.
- 2.Promoting Gender Amity: Foster gender equality and prevent discrimination or harassment against girls through education and awareness among students and staff.
- 3. Women Empowerment Programs: Conduct regular programs aimed at empowering women and enhancing their opportunities.
- 4. Creating a Safe Environment: Ensure a supportive and welcoming atmosphere for women by providing a conducive environment and promoting a congenial workplace culture.
Internal Complaints Committee Members
- 1. Awareness Initiatives: Educate and raise awareness about sexual harassment, aiming to create a respectful and secure environment for women on campus.
- 2.Supportive Environment: Offer a neutral, confidential, and supportive space for anyone who experiences sexual harassment within the campus community.
- 3.Fair Complaint Resolution: Ensure complaints about sexual harassment are addressed fairly and promptly.
- 4.Counselling and Support Services: Provide information about counseling and support services available on campus for those affected by sexual harassment.
- 5.Comprehensive Information: Ensure students, faculty, and staff have access to up-to-date and thorough information about sexual harassment and assault.
